Private events at Crush start with a $150 admin fee — and events before 10 PM have no bar minimum.

What is the capacity?

  • Studio A (First Floor) | Up to 125 Guests: Our ADA-accessible first-floor bar and dance floor, featuring a professional DJ booth and two TVs. Ideal for DJs, dancing, and lively celebrations.

  • Studio B (Upstairs Bar) | Up to 125 Guests: Our upstairs bar and entertainment space, featuring a professional DJ booth and three TVs. Perfect for corporate events, holiday parties, and larger celebrations.

  • Starlight Lounge | Up to 50 Guests: An intimate event space perfect for birthdays, small gatherings, and private happy hours.

  • Roof Garden | Available with Studio B: Our year-round rooftop space features a retractable roof and is available exclusively as part of a Studio B private event.

  • Full Venue Buyout | Up to 313 Guests: Take over all of Crush! Perfect for large corporate celebrations, fundraisers, and special occasions.

Can I bring food?
Absolutely. Outside food is welcome—just let us know in advance so we can prepare the space. We have tables and tablecloths available for your food setup.

Can I prepay for drinks?
Yes. Prepaid drink tickets start at $10 and make it easy to set your party's bar budget in advance. Prepaid tickets good for any beverage priced $14.50 or less.

Can I decorate?
Yes, with a few restrictions to protect the venue. No confetti, nails or adhesives that may damage painted surfaces. PLEASE NOTE: Crush is seasonally decorated in June, October & December. We will not change or adjust decorations in the bar during those times.

Is the roof covered?
Yes. Our Roof Garden has a retractable roof for all seasons and weather.

What AV equipment is available?
Studio B has three TVs; Studio A has two. Both studios have professional DJ booths. Microphones and music streaming are also available.
